Pinterest & Shopify Partnership To Continue To 27 New Countries
Four years ago, Shopify and Pinterest teamed up to connect the former's merchants to the latter's pinners. Pinterest's expanding hunger for commerce has drawn the two firms closer together since then. Pinterest's partnership with Shopify is now being expanded to 27 new countries, including Australia, Austria, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
The Shopify Pinterest channel, which is available in 27 countries, enables merchants from all over the world to effortlessly bring their products online and answer to rising consumer demand. Over 1.7 million Shopify merchants can now interact with pinners and turn their products into shoppable pins that can be found across the site.
For the first time, Shopify merchants advertising on Pinterest will have access to Dynamic Retargeting, which will allow them to re-engage with pinners who have previously indicated interest in their items on Pinterest.
Pinterest is also introducing multi-feed catalogue support, a new feature that allows businesses to simply publish their products to several product feeds within the same Pinterest business account. Shopify merchants and any store with a Pinterest business account can now add up to 20 product feeds to their account, each with unique local data like currency and language.
